Head to toe is tool to apply a single header and footer to a number of web pages. This site in fact has
been created using it. It has a macro feature to add specific changes to the header and footer for each
page (such as the changing colours in the java script menu's you see here).
Future areas of development
Plugin Extensions for different modes, ie. C files
More macros and variables, eg. $FILENAME$, $USER$, etc
Ability to include Command or script output
Bugs and Issues
Drag and drop onto the Header,Footer, and Output Fields is broken

The beta testing mine filed has just begun ;)
Current Status
The first (beta) version has been competed and is undergoing testing, after a couple of months testing and bugs (should they appear) have been fixed work will begin on adding new features.Hopefully version 1.0 will include all of the features listed here.
